HIGH SEASON
1/4 to 15/10 and 15/12 to 15/1
*Up to one day before departure, 100% of the fare is refunded.
*The same or even after departure, tickets are not canceled and are not converted to an open date, while a change of date is not possible.
LOW SEASON
16/1 to 30/3 and 16/10 to 14/12
*Up to one hour before departure, tickets are canceled without cancellation fees or converted to an open date.
*After departure, tickets are not canceled and are not converted to an open date, while a change of date is not possible.
TICKET CANCELLATIONS
*Tickets are only canceled by the issuing agencies. It is not possible to cancel by phone. Interested parties should submit their tickets to the issuing agency.
